Whether your going to fly recreationally or for a career, getting your Private Pilot's License is the first step. It's the most common pilots license and is the starting point for all pilots. Private Pilot Ground offers private pilot license ground training and prepares you for the private pilot FAA written test.

Absolutely! To be in business we have to provide a top notch service. All we ask is to cover our credit card processing and administration fees. These fees add up to 10% and will be subtracted from the purchase price. Refunds are pro-rated meaning you will be refunded for the number of lessons you didn't complete. In addition, we ask for your feedback if you do want a refund to help us improve.

Class sizes range from 5 students to a maximum of 15 students. We cap the maximum at 15 students to maintain a favorable student to instructor ratio.

Classes are accessed through a unique link. This link along with other class details is provided upon class payment.

Yes! We recommend using the PSI practice testing system. PSI is the offical FAA testing center, and they have the most up to date question banks. PSI practice tests are FREE, and you can take as many as you want.

Classes are tought by either a FAA Certified Ground Instructor or a FAA Certified Flight Instructor. Both are qualified to provide pilot ground training.

PPG online classes are an excellent way to grasp the concepts needed to obtain your pilots license at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. With PPG online classes you're able to interact with instructors unlike traditional online courses. In addition, PPG offers instructor endorsements to PPG students. This instructor endorsement is required to take the FAA written test. Don't just memorize the material needed to get your license. Learn it!

Typical instructor cost can be as high as 80.00 per hour! It doesn't take long before you've got thousands of dollars in ground instruction alone! PPG's flat rate course ensures you only spend a set amount. When your finished with the course you'll be eligible for an instructor endorsement to take the FAA written test.  

Classes are offered 2-3 times per week. Depending on which class schedule you choose, courses are finished in 4-6 weeks.

Class Schedules

Individual class sessions are two to two and half hours per session. Each session contains approximately two lessons with a 15 minute break in the middle.
